Muxima is a global social impact interdisciplinary studio based in the Netherlands, dedicated to advancing equity and inclusion. Our work is grounded in Ubuntu – “I am because we are” – a guiding principle that places interconnectedness at the heart of everything we do. We champion human development and happiness through sustainable solutions that address systemic injustices, inspire growth, and create lasting change.

From our beginnings, we envisioned empowering individuals and communities through innovative, inclusive strategies. Today, Muxima operates on a global scale, working with partners across sectors to promote equity, social justice, and sustainable development, with a special focus on emerging markets like Brazil.
